FUTMINNA encourages a healthy balance between academic and physical well-being. Every Saturday has been allocated for staff fitness exercises from 6:30 am to 8:00 am. Likewise, every Wednesday, lectures conclude by 2:00 pm to facilitate sporting activities for all students.
