For all applicants for admission into the Kyambogo University, Uganda here is a full list of the KYU Cut Off Points for all diploma and full Courses like Mechanical Engineering, Business studies, Economics, e.t.c. This also contains the Cut Off points for the Screening and weighting criteria.

Kyambogo University is one of the top universities in Uganda, offering various undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

The Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) through the Public Universities Joint Admissions Board (PUJAB) releases fresh cut-off points every academic year for Academic Programmes under the Government Sponsorship Scheme.

A Cut Off Point is a benchmark in which a student must meet in his/her PUJAB Examination so as to be considered for direct admission by the management of the institution he/she wishes to attend.

Admission Requirements at Kyambogo University

• The Ugandan Certificate of Education (O’Level) with a minimum of 5 passes obtained at the same sitting, and
• At least 2 Principal Passes in approved subjects obtained at the same sitting of the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education Examination (A’Level).
