BUA FOODS LAUNCHES 2023 GRADUATE TECHNICAL TRAINEE PROGRAM (GTTP).
- BUA Foods is seeking young, talented graduates for its 2023 Graduate Technical Trainee Program (GTTP). Eligibility and Requirements
The GTTP is a selective program, and BUA Foods has set forth specific eligibility criteria to ensure only the most fitting candidates apply. These requirements are as follows:
- Applicants must possess a minimum of a second-class lower division (2:2) in either a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng). In addition, candidates with a lower credit Higher National Diploma (HND) are also eligible.
- Degrees and diplomas must be obtained in specific Science, Engineering, and Technological fields. These include but are not limited to:
- Chemical Engineering
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Food Science & Technology
- Microbiology
- Mechanical & Production Engineering
- Mechatronics & Automation Engineering
- Industrial Chemistry
- All candidates must have completed Nigeria’s mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme. Alternatively, they should possess an exemption letter.
- The age limit for applicants is capped at 30 years. This is to ensure that the program attracts young, dynamic candidates who can bring fresh perspectives to the company.
- Work experience of not more than 2 years is allowed. This criteria helps in ensuring that the program is primarily filled with fresh graduates, thereby maintaining the essence of the trainee program.
